What's in the bottle,
and why.
Every BHLML formula is designed in Sweden. Naturally-derived actives at meaningful concentrations. Hydrate, Eye and Clay Mask are COSMOS Natural certified. Nothing in the formula is decorative.
Meaningful, or not at all.
Every active is included at a level intended to do something. Below that, it's marketing — we leave it out.
Naturally-derived where it works.
Plant-derived surfactants, fermented humectants, cold-pressed oils. Synthetics only when the natural version underperforms or destabilises the formula.
COSMOS Natural where applicable.
Hydrate, Eye and Clay Mask are COSMOS Natural certified by ECOCERT Greenlife. Cleanse and Colour are built to the same naturally-derived standard but are not currently certified.
Honest about fragrance.
When fragrance is used it's delicate and fully declared on the INCI — bergamot, rose, melissa, citrus. When it isn't needed (Clay Mask) we leave it out. No masking agents.
