Terms & conditions.

These terms govern all purchases from bhlml.com and use of this website. The seller is BHLML AB (org. nr. 559000-0000), registered in Stockholm, Sweden. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and accept these terms.

All prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before an order is dispatched.

We try to represent every product accurately. Slight colour or batch variation in the formulas is normal and not a defect.

A purchase agreement is formed when we send the order confirmation by email. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment provider (Stripe, Klarna, or equivalent). We accept major cards and standard EU payment methods.

We ship from Sweden to the EU and selected international destinations. Standard handling time is 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location and are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw without giving a reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with seals intact. Opened skincare or haircare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email support@bhlml.com with your order number. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping is refunded only when the full order is returned.

If a product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping. Your statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act apply in full.

All formulas are dermatologically tested. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

All content on this site — text, photography, formulas, logo, layout — is owned by BHLML AB or used under licence. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

Don't use the site to break the law, scrape data, interfere with its operation, or resell our products without authorisation.

These terms are governed by Swedish law. We aim to resolve any complaint directly — email support@bhlml.com. If we can't agree, EU consumers may refer the dispute to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform or to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The current version is always available on this page.
